During Elizabeth’s decade in arts administration, she led strategy and philanthropic programs while managing complex allocation processes and community partnerships. Her subsequent work at an executive search firm deepened her expertise in identifying and recruiting exceptional candidates. Elizabeth believes that successful leadership transitions require careful attention to organizational readiness and a clear understanding of what kind of leader can effectively guide the next chapter. She has an MS from Boston University and a BA from Hartwick College.
