As Managing Principal, Anne leads the Fio Partners team, advising clients and project teams, bringing clarity, empathy, and practical strategies to leaders working to make a difference in their communities.

Starting her career at Deloitte Consulting, Anne has been an organizational development consultant for over 25 years in the nonprofit and private sectors. In 2007, she co-founded Fio Partners. She is a sought-after presenter and facilitator who brings contagious enthusiasm, deep knowledge, and accessible delivery to every engagement. Anne excels in listening to her clients’ needs and developing customized solutions. She supports leaders in making strategic decisions and is uniquely able to guide organizations through their inflection points, whether due to consolidation or growth. Anne has an MBA in management from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wellesley College.
