A former documentary filmmaker, Devon traded film reels for flip charts—but storytelling is still how she builds connection and helps clients cut through the noise to focus on what matters.

Devon’s strength and expertise are rooted in building effective, sustainable community collaborations for change. She is skilled in nonprofit management, with an emphasis on state and national advocacy, capacity building, communication, program evaluation and standardization, and board development. Devon is recognized as a talented trainer, public speaker, and facilitator who builds consensus among diverse stakeholders. Devon co-founded the Children’s Hospice and Palliative Care Coalition (CHPCC) in California, a successful initiative that has positively impacted the lives of many. She is a graduate of Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business.
